All credit card transactions are encrypted with a Thawte SSL certificate and secured by Beanstream, a Canadian leader in Credit Card Electronic Payment Processing. Beanstream is the gateway service used and trusted by TD Canada Trust for their online merchant accounts.
Payments/Currency
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All prices and payments are in Canadian Dollars.
Credit card payments are pre-authorized upon check-out. Please note that your card will not actually be charged until we have reviewed your order, and ensured that all items are in stock. If some items are not in stock, we will notify you promptly by email, and ask if you would like us to process payment for your order, less the out-of-stock items, and ship the balance of the order at that time.
Taxes
Canadian Customers: HST is charged on shipments to HST provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, British Columbia, and Ontario). Customers in the rest of Canada pay only the GST.
US & International Customers: No Canadian or other taxes charged/collected by Nest.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will not share your personal information for any reason other than what is required to process your order (i.e. encrypted credit card information to VISA/Mastercard and address information to our shipper such as Canada Post or CanPar).
Minimum Shopping Age
