Earth Mama Booby Tubes
EARTH MAMA 257187
Regular price $44.50 Sale price $31.00Booby Tubes® are clever little, gel-free breast packs made with an organic cotton shell and filled with fresh, pliable flax seed. Use warm or cold, depending on your nursing needs. When heated, Booby Tubes® deliver warm, moist heat to tender breasts; when stored in the freezer they offer cooling comfort. Traditionally used to help ease breastfeeding discomfort, heat can help encourage milk flow, avoid clogged ducts, promote let-down and comfort the symptoms of infection, and cold is used to help reduce the swelling and tenderness of engorgement and weaning.
Earth Mama's unique gel-free construction was designed with extra care to help reduce the risk of burns. Two Booby Tubes® per box, one for each…well, boob.
Eco-packaging is made from recycled cardboard, with no bleach, dyes or glue. 100% recyclable.
A QUICK HOW-TO
Warm Booby Tubes® in your microwave for 20-40 seconds, and apply as necessary. Or store in the freezer and wear them inside your bra between feedings. Pair with mindful breathing as needed (because ladies: the breastfeeding struggle is real).
How do I clean my Booby Tubes®?
Wipe the organic cotton with a damp cloth. Don't submerge them in water or put them in a washing machine — the flax seeds may sprout (seriously)!

Earth Mama Organics sitz bath
EARTH MAMA 257102
Regular price $14.99Take care “down there” with herbal compresses filled with organic herbs traditionally used to soothe and comfort “down there” during pregnancy or after childbirth. Packed in easy-to-use, individual herbal sachets, each one is perfect for one use. The compresses can be cooled and gently “tucked” to help ease those pretty places, or use the brewed infusion to make postpartum padsicles or use as a sitz bath. Which is kind of like making tea for your nethers. Which is a totally lovely and perfectly polite thing to do.
Lay herbal pad in a shallow bowl and cover with boiling water. Steep for approx. 5 min., and let cool. Very gently drain extra liquid from pad, leaving it moist but not soaking. Be gentle and don’t squeeze! The herbal pads are fragile and can burst. Cool in the fridge and gently apply moist pad directly to perineum. Ahhhhhhh.
But wait! Postpartum padsicles are a thing, and they’re great: get crafty and use the healing herbally goodness in another way. Save the remaining liquid, pour onto a regular postpartum pad, and freeze it for a clever little perineal ice pack. Trust us – it’s one of life’s secret little wins.
