Sensitive teeth and gums need special care, Weleda's Plant Gel is their most gentle toothpaste.  Extracts of myrrh and chamomile help sensitive teeth feel soothed, while silica gently cleans.  Peppermint and spearmint essential oils give a burst of freshness.

Some people opt for a fluoride-free toothpaste; this may be in cases where they have fluoridation already in their city water, and they do not have a history of caries, or are at lower risk; or they might opt to use one toothpaste with fluoride in a day, and for a second or third brushing in the day, a fluoride-free toothpaste.

Directions for use: Use twice daily, or after each meal, to leave mouth feeling refreshed.
