With this large nativity set you can decorate a beautiful, festive nativity scene. And that's not all, because our nativity scenes are made for children and are always deliberately intended for playing. This range contains the following nativity figures from our Nativity II as well as an atmospheric stable: Mary II, Joseph II, Nativity with Child II, Ox II, Donkey II, Shepherd kneeling II and standing II, Guardian Angel yellow, Sheep standing, Lamb lying and walking, Nativity stable with star and bird board. Everything is packed in a high-quality wooden box so that you can keep it safe during the year. The stable can of course continue to be played with - simply remove the star and install the small bird board.
Ostheimer houses and stables are meant to shape a beautiful surrounding for our human and animal figures, so that children will all the more immerse in creative playing. They are made from accredited plywood and stained with certified colours.
The star can be swapped out for the bird perch, so that the stable may be used for nativity with the star, or as a dollhouse the rest of the year with the bird perch.
Stable Size: 52 x 29 x 26 cm
Recommended for children over 3 years.
Stable and figures made in Germany.
Wood contains tannins that have a natural antibacterial effect.
However, if cleaning is necessary, for example if it is heavily soiled, then Ostheimer recommends:
Use lukewarm water, possibly with a little diluted vinegar or a splash of ecological washing-up liquid (liquid dish detergent).
Gently rub the surfaces with a soft, clean cloth or sponge.
Lightly sand natural wood figures (not painted figures) in heavily soiled areas with 120 grit sandpaper.
After cleaning, rub the toy with a soft cotton cloth and let it air dry.
Nest Notes: Ostheimer items are known for being very smoothly sanded; however, should you ever encounter a rough spot or edge, you can use the 'brown paper bag trick', where you rub a brown paper bag just a little bit vigorously, and it acts as a very, very fine sandpaper that generally does not affect the colour.
